Do I need prior flooring experience?⌄
No. Our Beginner courses start with safety, subfloor inspection, and tool handling. You can progress at your own pace.
What tools are required?⌄
For entry-level labs: tape measure, square, tapping block, pull bar, spacers, oscillating tool for undercuts, jigsaw, hearing and dust protection. Advanced labs add stair nosing jigs and specialty transitions.
Is there a certificate?⌄
Yes. Complete required labs and knowledge checks to earn a Rivervra FloorCraft Institute certificate of completion for the course path.
How do live online sessions work?⌄
Live sessions use small groups with camera angles focused on cuts, seams, and undercuts. You’ll receive feedback and time-stamped notes after each session.
Do you cover moisture testing?⌄
Yes. We cover RH testing, calcium chloride tests, meter usage, vapor barrier selection, and documentation for warranty purposes.
What is the refund policy?⌄
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not completed more than 20% of the content or attended a live session. See Terms for details.

Will this guarantee jobs?⌄
No training can guarantee jobs or income. We focus on skill clarity and consistent quality to help you serve clients confidently.
