You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized use.
2. Course access
Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-transferable license to access the course content for your personal or organizational training according to your plan.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not copy, resell, or publicly distribute course content without permission.
- Do not interfere with the platform or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not upload unlawful or harmful content.
4. Intellectual property
All materials are owned by Rivervra FloorCraft Institute or its licensors. Trademarks, logos, and content may not be used without written consent.
5. Payments and refunds
Prices are shown in USD. Refunds are available within 7 days if you have completed less than 20% of a course and have not attended a live session. Some purchases may be non-refundable where stated.
6. Disclaimers
We provide training and guidance but do not guarantee specific outcomes, job placement, or compliance with every local code. You are responsible for professional judgment and compliance.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
